Admissions Criteria

Admission to Repertory and all other auditioned programs are based entirely upon students’ audition scores. Grades, attendance, and test scores will neither be reviewed nor considered. View our audition rubric.

At Repertory, we are proud to be a highly sought-after Theatre Arts program that values diversity and inclusiveness. We are the first Manhattan performing arts high school to join the DOE’s Diversity in Admissions program, setting aside 40% of our incoming seats for students who qualify for Free Lunch. We aim to maintain a student body representative of our wonderfully diverse city and capitalize on that diversity to engage in meaningful conversations that build our students’ intercultural competence.
